Lori Nicholson Lindsey Found Relief from Fibromyalgia After 35 Years with CBD OilMarch 1st, 2018 by Cindy Perlin
Lori has been coping with pain from fibromyalgia for 35 years. It started with neck pain and headaches. After her daughter was born, the pain began working its way down her body until her whole body was in pain. Over the years, Lori tried a wide variety of treatments, including opioid pain medications such as Demerol, Percocet, Lortabs, Tramadol and morphine. She also tried Lyrica, gabapentin, Cymbalta, muscle relaxants and prescription anti-inflammatory drugs. She tried alternative pain treatments too, including chiropractic, physical therapy, massage and biofeedback. Nothing took the pain away and things kept getting worse.
Over the last 4-5 years Lori was missing more and more work so she took eight weeks off from work to see if staying home and resting would help. It didn’t. Lori heard about CBD oil and got some at a local health food store. A small dose didn’t help much but when she tried a larger dose she got some pain relief.
As of January 1, 2018 Lori was taking Tramadol 3x a day, muscle relaxants 3x a day, an anti-infammatory, medication for restless legs and morphine when the pain was especially bad. Her pain levels were always at about a 6. Then Lori’s cousin started selling a high quality, organic, high potency CBD oil grown in the U.S. and Lori started taking it. Six weeks later, she was off all of her pain medications and her pain levels stay at a 1 or 2 level.
Lori recently took her granddaughter out skating for several hours. In the past it would have significantly increased her pain and taken her days to recover. This time she barely reacted to it.
Lori is happy to talk with people about her experienc taking CBD oil. You can contact her through her Facebook page.
