Hi, I am Cindy Wolk-Weiss, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Guide and Nondual Healer who is owner of Center for Healing Journeys. I began meditating and practicing yoga soon after graduating college with a social work degree. I have been professionally teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Meditation to individuals, groups and corporations for the last 24 years.
I have always been interested in spirituality and alternative health since a teenager. When struggling with chronic pain and migraines I heard about Jon Kabat-Zinn teaching MBSR at Omega. I signed up for professional training in MBSR, practiced for a year and then continued the professional training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Mindfulness is at the core of my healing practice as well as transforming my personal life in so many ways such as pain management, improved relationships and it touches all aspects of my life. I specialize in stress and anxiety reduction, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, ME, migraines and more.
A regular meditation practice is the best ongoing foundation for working with pain. It helps to shift the locus of control from the outside (“this is happening to me and there is nothing I can do about it”) to the inside (“this is happening to me but I can choose how I relate to it”)
I also offer Nondual Healing Sessions
This modality brings you into relationship with the core of your authentic truth facilitating deep and lasting transformation. Non-dual healing works at the place of wholeness which already exists including the physical, emotional and spiritual. Each session will reach all levels of being.
Non Dual Kabbalistic Healing integrates the wisdom of Buddhism, understanding of non-duality within the wisdom of the Kabbalah and the Tree of Life along with modern psychological insight. It is a radical healing paradigm that is based on having a dynamic, living relationship with Reality As It Is. As we heal, we awaken spiritually, our awareness is enhanced and transformation takes place. This process brings us at our own unique pace into deeper self-realization.
My desire is to provide a sacred and respectful place for people to transform their lives. My commitment to being a healing presence has taken me through a deep self-transformational process and awakening which enables me to support you with a kind and nurturing presence.
