My passion as a Trager Practitioner with over 30 years experience in movement therapies and healing is to help you relieve any discomfort and chronic stress patterns you may be holding in your body-mind. During and after the session, you will feel an easier, freer way of moving, improved posture and alignment and a sense of wellness and ease throughout your entire body-mind. By practicing the simple movements and recalling the pleasant feeling of ease your body will begin to feel better and more healthy.
My credentials in fitness, aquatics, massage therapy (Lic therapist #8769), healing and movement modalities helped me to heal from several surgeries and return to help others using these simple techniques.
