Jay Kain, PT, PhD
Dr. Kain, an internationally recognized clinician, author and researcher, has developed a unique approach called Bio-Integrative therapy (BIT). BIT gently mobilizes biomechanical and neurological pathways that promote strutural and active repair within tissues. This helps foster an all-natural and non-invasive comprehensive healing. Other whole body techiques that have influenced his work include: Master Reiki Level Work, Touch for Health, Zero Balancing, Joint Mobilization, Somato-Emotional Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Primitive Reflex Release Therapy, Process Acupressure, Visceral Mobilatization, Counterstrain, Muscle Energy Techniques, Neural Tension, Integrative Manual therapy and Lymphatic Drainage.
Disorders that have responded well to BIT include acute and chronic pain of all kinds, including back, neck and joint pain, migraines, sports injuries, scoliosis, Parkinson’s, gut issues and autoimmune disorders.
Dr. Kain works closely with his colleague, Lori Parsons, an exercise physiologist, Reiki practitioner and stress management therapist.
