Massage can be of great benefit to those in chronic pain, not just helping with the physical symptoms like muscle pain and limited range of motion, but also the emotional stress of daily pain. Anxiety and depression associated with chronic conditions can be reduced with regular massage. Reiki also has many of the same benefits and is a great option for clients who don’t like massage or for who massage may not be an option.
