Treatment

• Remove most or all of your clothing prior to entering the red light therapy pod as the light does not penetrate clothing.
• Plug the light therapy controller for both the top section and bottom section of the pod into a wall outlet. Turn power button on.
• Choose desired treatment time and brightness.
• Start your treatment, relax, and enjoy the healing properties of the red light.
• It is normal for the pod to warm up a little bit during your treatment due to the LEDs and your body heat
