    Sally is very calm and grounded, allowing plenty of time to check in at the beginning of each session before deciding on a "plan of action". Her space is very comfortable and once I am on her treatment table it is easy to relax and allow her to use her amazingly gentle hands to work their magic. When I broke a tarsal bone in my foot I lost some mobility in the surrounding tissues as well as developed chronic swelling at my ankle which had suffered a sprain. Over the course of 3 or 4 sessions Sally was able to assist my body in healing completely through releasing the fascial adhesions, jump-starting the lymph flow from my foot upward and rebalancing my overall energy flow.
