My ideal client is ready to change and has a positive expectancy of becoming healthy. They may be challenged with high blood sugar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, digestive issues, fatigue, or choosing a healthy pregnancy or simply weight management for a positive life event such as a wedding. I have good success with people who are gluten sensitive or experiencing auto-immune issues. I enjoy helping clients who own personal responsibility for their bodies and well being, are not enamored of the idea of medication dependency and who have not been well-helped in the past by traditional medical approaches.
