Hello- My name is Paul Bregman. I am an MD , board certified medical cannabis expert, since 2012, by the AACM (American Academy of Cannabinoid Medicine). I have been working in the medical cannabis space since 2007 both as a clinician and consultant in Denver, CO.
Medical cannabis is real medicine and may help certain chronic pain/inflammation patients, There is published medical research from around the world and also anecdotal patient reports about medical cannabis use for pain. More clinical research is needed and is forthcoming. This includes use of CBD, THC, THCa, CBDa.
If a patient contemplates using medical cannabis for pain and/or other conditions, a medical cannabis consult is highly recommended. I know medical cannabis/ CBD information and have the resources for expert medical cannabis clinical care. Chronic pain / inflammatory conditions should have a medical cannabis consult in my opinion.
There are only about 10-15 medical cannabis clinicians, MD, DO, RN that know cannabis dosing protocols and have access to good medical cannabis products-tinctures, edibles, topicals, etc.. I know medical cannabis for chronic pain. I did my residency in diagnostic radiology at St. Barnabas Medical Center in New Jersey with a fellowship in CT scan/Ultrasound at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Miami Beach, Fl. My radiology work includes being Chief of Breast Imaging at Denver Health Medical Center( Denver General Hospital).
