As both a naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist, Dr. Crouse uses his unique skills to combine Naturopathic and Chinese perspectives in a holistic approach to care. He always looks to pinpoint the root cause of the problem and never forgets the importance of addressing body, mind, and spirit.
Dr Crouse uses acupuncture, herbal medicines, genotype diet assessment, individualized natural supplement plan, homeopathy and herbal medicines to treat a wide range of issues including pain management, allergies, asthma, fatigue, digestive disorders, stress, anxiety and other symptoms.
Cupping can be incorporated to help detox and heal the body. Dr. Crouse also personalizes clinical nutrition by using herbal medicine and practices blood type, genotype diet assessment, nutrigenomics and physical medicine.
Dr. Crouse, ND, LAc completed his five-year medical training and internship at both the University of Bridgeport’s College of Naturopathic Medicine and the University of Bridgeport Acupuncture Institute graduating Magna Cum Laude. He holds the NCCAOM Diplomate of Acupuncture designation and is a member of the New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
His education included studying under Dr. Linda Lancaster, ND, LAc at the Light Harmonic Institute in Manhattan and Santa Fe, NM. He also trained for two years at the Center of Excellence in Generative Medicine under the supervision of world renown Dr. Peter D’Adamo, ND; author of the Blood Type Diet books. He is trained in providing a client’s personalized genomic nutritional and microbiome consults in person and via Telehealth.
