My goal is to create a safe space to share your story and explore solutions. I believe that the therapist-client relationship is the critical element of therapeutic success. Here you will find comfort in a non-judgemental, client-centered therapeutic environment. I aim to make your therapy experience positive: a place where you feel heard, empowered, and encouraged with love, compassion and humor. The goal of our treatment is to remove energetic, psychological and spiritual blockages to align you with your highest self. My treatment focus is the mind-body-spirit. I would honor the opportunity to assist you on your healing journey.
My approach to therapy is eclectic and tailored to what you need and are comfortable with. I use a variety of modalities including Energy Psychology, EFT, Yoga Therapy, meditation, Aromatherapy and other holistic/mind-body Techniques. I also use a variety of the more standard psychotherapeutic approaches.
