  • Orthomolecular Nutrition (Medical Nutrition): is a form of complimentary and alternative therapy that seeks to maintain health and prevent or treat diseases by optimizing nutritional intake and/or prescribing natural supplements.

  • Herbal Mastery: Consultation and suggestions are provided in all aspects of natural, botanical remedy, using Traditional Chinese, Ayurveda, and Western herbalogy to address and improve health issues.

  • Homeopathy: Homeopathy is a system of natural medicine that is based on the principle that like cures like, using like substances for therapy. Homeopathic remedies are made from minute doses of substances obtained from plants, vegetables and minerals.

  • Homeoprophylaxis is also offered as a highly effective alternative to vaccines for children, travel and annual flu protection.

  • Essential Oils: Customized combinations of therapeutic essential oil mixtures are available for your own personalized needs. The purest of organic essential oils are combined with natural catalysts and oil carriers to maximize the efficacy and absorption into the cells and bloodstream.

  • Iridology is a safe, natural, non-invasive technique of analysis, which may provide a valuable guide to health. The irid reflects the condition of the tissues (eg. inflammation, acidity, toxicity, congested lymph, hardened arteries, etc.) Iridology is therefore not concerned with named diseases but with restoration and maintenance of health through building up the client's immunity and life force.

  • Bach Flower Therapy is the use of remedies which are dilutions of flower material developed by Edward Bach, an English bacteriologist, pathologist and homeopath in the 1930s. Bach believed that dew found on flower petals retain healing properties of that plant. The remedies are intended primarily for emotional and spiritual conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, insomnia, and stress.

  • Reflexology is a healing method involving the physical act of applying pressure to the feet, hands, or ears with specific thumb, finger, and hand techniques. It is based on what reflexologists understand to be a system of reflex areas that image all parts and systems with the premise that such work effects a physical change to the body.

  • Acupressure and Needle-less Acupuncture are alternative medicine techniques developed in Tibet before the development of Acupuncture. In acupressure physical pressure is applied to trigger points by the hand, elbow, or with various devices. Needle-less acupuncture (Tei-Shin) uses a blunt-pointed tool to stimulate specific trigger points.

  • Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese name meaning spiritually guided life energy, which animates us all and is found all around us. Reiki is a form of hands-on healing using “universal life energy” channeled through the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki helps to promote natural healing, harmonizing and balancing the body, mind and spirit. Reiki is great if you are suffering from stress, tension, or their many associated symptoms. It can also improve the quality of difficult relationships at home or work. Chios is a similar modality using the energy of color and light that is also incorporated in the treatment.

  • Aromatherapy: Customized combinations of therapeutic essential oil mixtures are available for your own personalized needs. In conjunction with Reiki, hot rock reflexology and acupressure can amplify the balance for physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. Reiki can be used in many ways and combined with essential oils and massage is a powerful tool.

  • Electro-Magnetic Therapy: The human body is designed to heal by the circulation of blood which delivers oxygen and nutrients to every cell in our body. Without a sufficient supply of oxygen and nutrients and the efficient removal of toxins and other waste products, the body ceases to function properly. There is evidence that the powerful field of the magnet improves circulation, ensuring that a greater number of oxygen-carrying red cells and healing white cells of our immune system reach every part of the body. As a result this reduces pain and swelling, increases the supply of nutrients to the affected area and in turn helps the body heal.

  • Meditation, manifesting, and imagery: Teaching and guidance in the fundamentals of relaxation, visualization and imagery, to develop a structured life plan, achieving both long and short term goals in all areas of life… physically, mentally, and spiritually. The blending of prayer, positive spiritual intent, and guided meditations in manifesting allow the participant to explore mental expansion toward achievement to one's fullest potential.

  • Hypnotherapy is a highly effective healing modality that can be very beneficial in many cases as a medical therapy in itself and as a valuable adjunct in relaxation therapy and stress management. It is probably the lowest risk procedure available from the standpoint of contra-indications.
