Adela Warner is a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner. Her integrative Energy Medicine approach unlocks the wisdom in the body’s energy systems, accelerates healing, and leads to enduring whole-being vibrancy. From her full recovery from a Traumatic Brain Injury, using a combination of Eastern and Western medicine, she learned the power of working with the body’s energy systems. She is inspired to help people heal and function at their highest potential.

Energy Medicine (EM) integrates concepts and procedures from ancient healing traditions with contemporary scientific understanding for health to balance the body’s chemistry. EM is an alternative medical therapy that uses the body’s wisdom to awaken energies that bring vitality to the body, mind, and spirit.

During sessions, Adela addresses pain directly and effectively by working with your body’s energy systems. She works gently and powerfully with intention, supporting balance and restoration of your body’s natural energies. The purpose of each session is to increase your vitality, provide relaxation, and optimize health. To bring you out of any type of pain or disturbance and into relief.

Adela assists the body for its innate capability for self-healing and provides active support for the healthy flow of one’s own energies. After each session she provides self care so that you can learn the tools to stay pain free.

Adela Warner is a certified Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) practitioner. She is certified with Michael Reed Gach Acupressure Training Circle and Acupressure Self-Care Pain and Stress Solutions. She is certified with Jonathan Goldman Sound Healing.
