Robert Kachko ND, LAc is a recognized expert in the fields of chronic pain, neurodegenerative (brain) disease, cardiovascular (heart) disease, and metabolic syndromes. His passion is helping people prevent and reverse the chronic diseases of aging they worry about through Naturopathic and Integrative Medicine. To that end, he works to expand access to these approaches through advocacy, national lectures, and media appearances.
Dr. Kachko is the incoming President of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (AANP), where he currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chair of Public Education and Media Affairs. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Doctoral Degree in Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters Degree in Acupuncture from the University of Bridgeport College of Naturopathic Medicine and Acupuncture Institute. He has completed further training in acupuncture at Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Combining Clinical Hypnotherapy with Acupuncture and Biofeedback, he's been trained by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He completed his pre-medical studies with a Bachelor's Degree with honors at the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Dr. Kachko is also Founder and CEO of TribeRx, a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach to chronic pain that utilizes peer support and technology. Holding several advisory positions on non-profit and for-profit boards in the fields of precision medicine and Alzheimer's disease, Dr. Kachko works to expand research and awareness of holistic approaches to optimal wellness.
When not working, he loves exploring Brooklyn with his puppy Maya and a good audiobook, staying active indoors and out, and spending time with family and friends.
