    Welcome
    I am Cindy Wolk-Weiss, a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Spiritual Guide, and Nondual Healer. specializing in guiding people who want to reduce their level of anxiety and learn coping skills for those living with pain, chronic illness, migraines, and cancer. 

    I have experienced my own chronic pain and health issues transformed through my practice of mindfulness meditation and nondual healing. Drawing from my extensive professional training along with my personal experience of a lifetime of chronic pain, illness, and cancer offers me a unique view on living with pain and illness. I feel blessed to have these resources to allow me to ride the waves of life's challenges. This reconnection of mind, body, and soul is the essence of healing. It is a process that reaches deeply into your being. This fuels my passion to help others succeed in aligning their souls with their personal journey of healing and awakening. I work with a profound sense of kind-heartedness since I have walked this path myself. My own healing journey and desire to help others led me to study and train with leading-edge healing schools. As a holistic practitioner of various modalities, I create a personalized transformative session just for you.

    My desire is to provide a sacred and respectful place for you to transform your life. My commitment to being a healing presence has taken me through a deep self-transformational process and awakening which enables me to support you with a kind and nurturing presence. I have witnessed the beautiful and profound transformation that mindfulness meditation and nondual healing brings to people’s lives. It is truly a blessing.

    BIO:
    My educational and professional development is diverse. Beginning in 1978 she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Social Work specializing in Mental Health. Since 1981, I extensively studied massage therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), mindfulness meditation, Nondual Kabbalistic Healing, Nondual healing, energy healing, aromatherapy, Empowerment Life Coaching, and is a Reiki Master Teacher.  

    When struggling with chronic pain and migraines I heard about Jon Kabat-Zinn teaching MBSR at Omega. I signed up for professional training in MBSR, practiced for a year, and then continued the professional training at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Mindfulness is at the core of my healing practice as well as transforming my personal life in so many ways such as pain management, improved relationships and it touches all aspects of my life.

    A 2005 graduate of A Society of Souls, the 4-year professional training program of Nondual Kabbalistic Healing with Jinen Jason Shulman, an internationally known spiritual teacher, modern kabbalist, and a recognized Buddhist teacher. Cindy continues her advanced study to deepen her understanding of this work.

    Regular meditation practice is the best ongoing foundation for working with pain. It helps to shift the locus of control from the outside (“this is happening to me and there is nothing I can do about it”) to the inside (“this is happening to me but I can choose how I relate to it”) 

    I also offer Nondual Healing Sessions This modality brings you into a relationship with the core of your authentic truth facilitating deep and lasting transformation. Non-dual healing works at the place of wholeness which already exists including the physical, emotional, and spiritual. Each session will reach all levels of being. It is a radical healing paradigm that is based on having a dynamic, living relationship with Reality As It Is. As we heal, we awaken spiritually, our awareness is enhanced and transformation takes place. This process brings us at our own unique pace into deeper self-realization. 

    My professional training along with my personal experience of a lifetime of chronic pain and illness and cancer offers me a unique view on living with pain and illness. I feel blessed to have these resources to allow me to ride the waves of life's challenges.

She continues to study under mindfulness-based meditation teachers and has an ongoing meditation and yoga practice.

She has completed Work of Return, trained as a teacher in the Magi Process, Impersonal Movement, and Nondual Shamanic Voyaging. Cindy continues her study to deepen her understanding of this work.
