Since 2002 alternative medicine has been part of my coaching with patients as a NJ Certified Bodyworks graduate in clinical massage therapy alternative medicines. Use of Applied Energy Body Work and Techniques, Hypnotherapeutic Techniques; Essential Oils/Aromatherapy, and attaining Master Reiki Teacher level.
Extensive training 2004 - 2009 to receive a Certified Master in Neuro Linguistic Programing performing Breakthroughs for many types of limiting beliefs; many types of paid reduction, I will work with a Social Worker, Psychiatrist, DO, NP or Physician to share SOAP notes, observing HIPPA.
Certified Master in Hypnosis 2003 to Present Time Line Therapy Certification - performing group weight loss, group smoking cessation; group reduction of unwanted habits; group sessions or individual sessions creating new wellness outcomes for heart patients, knee replacement; injuries after car accidents.

Food as Wellness: Build immune system; remove bad sugars in diet; create a nutrition shopping list; mapping store floor plan use using NLP and hypnosis coaching techniques in limiting poor choices, improve good choices and create positive new habits. Graduate of Institute of Integrated Nutrition.
Equine Sports: Equine confidence building; I will travel to you where your horses are and will assess you and your horse to be able to provide best use of hypnosis script and NLP to become a better rider, building confidence, and integrating creative imagery for riders competing in Quarter Horse trials and competitions; hunter seat course jumps; barrel racing, and trail ride competitions. Graduate of two Equine Massage Therapy Schools one in VA and Ohio.

Surgeries and Examinations: Dental, Thyroid and OBGYN appointments: diminish and remove fear and pain using hypnosis anesthesia, I will guide and teach you self hypnosis. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, through these sessions you will learn self hypnosis for day surgeries such as Dental procedures that include root canals; Endocrinologists visits in anticipation of thyroid biopsies; OBGYN procedures including biopsies; Fear of Closed MRI Imaging; Mammograms; reducing fear and pain, emphasis in remaining calm and relaxed through your examinations with the use of self hypnosis. Integration of knowledge and techniques from Anatomy and Physiology (A&P I & A&P II) from Institute of Therapeutic Massage; Hypnosis Training from Institute of Hypnotherapy by Dr. Jaime Feldman and Dr. Helene Feldman, DCH. Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Advanced and Master levels from Empowerment Group with Dr. Matt James in 2004 & 2009.
